If you want to stick with the 14" rims then a 225/70/14 is really the only way to go out of the sizes that are still available. It's very close in size to the original equipment tires. The 245/60/14 is way too short and doesn't fill the wheel well enough.
You have a lot more options if you move up to the 15" rims like Steve.
