I'm a little late to the party, Rocky had called our shop this afternoon and talked with me since the old man is on vacation this week. I remember some of the options the car had, but will ask him when he gets back, and share the info.

My dad had found all the origional billing sheets and paperwork from his roomates ram air bird, but has still unable to find the paperwork on his, and dosen't have the vin #, otherwise we probablly would have the car tracked down.
He did get close to finding the car back in the late 80's or earlly 90's and it was in a small town in Iowa yet, he had hurd that the car was there, and drove around the town, and asked several people if they had seen the car or knew the owner. Several car guys had rememberd seeing the car, but no one had really known the guy, as he had only lived in the town for a few months and moved away.
Thats the last known whereabouts and leads that we had on the car.

My dad has a few color pics of the car that i'll try to get scanned and put on here sometime this week!

Oh and from earlier talk on here, dad was the same dealer that ordered the 73 sd ta in primer, he had orderd alot of rare and unusual combinations of cars while he was a dealer.
what area of Iowa?
have lots of relatives still there may be able to assist.
