I could cut that off and mount one to the frame possibly.
I've pulled a 9100 lb JD 350B on that 4500 lb trailer with my 3/4 pickup with a class IV hitch. The insert stuff was 15 or 20,000 lb rated. The hitch troubled me, but I had to move it.

We all do stupid things ...once...... repeating it is madness.
I just retired my 3/4 ton Cheby 6 cyl granny gear 4 speed.
I pulled my JD 400 backhoe to the shop 20 miles away with it.
Trailer alone weighed 2000#,Ive been told the tractor weighs 10K.
I did it very early on Sunday AM so I wouldnt hit much traffic.
I once had a large Vemeer trencher on equipment trailer push
a company 1 ton utility body truck thru a red light even with trailer brakes.
If the truck doesnt weigh as much as the trailer and load you take that risk.
