Hmmm ? I have not hear of that before but that certainly doesn't mean that it isn't true. My 69FB DID have the steering lockout that is mechanically attached to the transmission.
Maybe that is what he is thinking of?
FWIW - if you know of someone that has a set of this lockout let me know!
