Me too. Not much can be done, from what I understand.
I've heard that caffeine can make matters worse.
I try to make sure that I use hearing protection whenever I can, especially while using the lawnmower, trimmer, etc.
The level at which it affects me comes and goes. Sometimes it's not so bad, other times it's almost unbearable.
