Default Thinking Of Selling My 1965 GTO

So, I'm sure we've all been there at some point or another, here's my story.

I started doing a frame off restoration (Dis-assembly) on the car but do not have the time or patience to continue so I'm considering selling it and rolling the money into a done car. I'm not saying I won't finish it and will not give it away so I ask the PY Family to tell me what you honestly think it's worth. Thanks

True 1965 GTO (5N).
Original 389 motor (4bbl motor but have a completely redone 1966 Tri-power).
Original Muncie 4speed.
Original 10 bolt rear.
Arizona car originally Bluemist Slate, now faded red with a very good black interior.
The car is straight but does have a little bondo in the drivers rear quarter and door.
No rot, rust through or dents on any of the body panels.
The trunk has some pin holes.
Inner and outer wheel housings are immaculate.
Solid rockers.
Glass channels appear very good, may have a pin hole here and there.
The driver's floor needs to be replaced (I have the pan). The rear passenger floor needs to be massaged a bit as it looks like it was bent up by a floor jack or ...
The chassis is clean and solid.
Front windshield is cracked, the rest is very good.
All chrome and trim is beautiful.
Manual brakes and steering.
Rally 2 Wheels with decent tires.
New brake and fuel lines to be installed
New SSBC "At the wheels" front disc brake kit.
The 389 motor was rebuilt 2 years ago and has yet to be fired. It's turned and oiled every other month. 093 Heads (Rebuilt), Ram Air 3 Cam, New .030 Pistons/rings, new seals, bearings, oil pump and timing chain. Crank and rods were re-conditioned with new bolts (ARP I believe).

I had the body off the chassis but re-installed it as I had to move it due to a house renovation and extension. All body bolts have been removed and the body can easily be removed. As I said, I'm by no means forced to sell the car but if the right number presents itself, I may just bail. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
