Could you search ebay for guys selling parts for A-bodys, & possibly email them to see if they would sell you just the neck from a useless tank? I'll bet there are still a bunch of them out there, but nobody would bother selling them normally. I junked a 68 tank that was internally rusted about 5 years ago..
