After I posted last evening, I noticed that this listing has the
Make Offer option rather than bidding. The $12,000 is a Buy-It-Now - not so much a firm price. If they can attract someone willing to jump on that, more power to them, but the description does declare:

I think they will eventually sell it for less than $10,000. The high miles does hurt the value, but I believe the true rarity (4-speed) of how it's optioned should vastly out weigh the mileage, IMHO.
Being very complete and very original has alot of clout on this hard to find specimen.
