I also had a less than satisfactory experience with NEL. Gave him a rear trim panel to restore, he promised "show quality" within 3 months, for $1300. Four months later he present me with my trim panel - looked as if Ray Charles had been grinding on it with beaver teeth - and said he couldn't finish the job because it was too pitted. When pressed, he said he would only do it for $2500, but "wouldn't put his name on it".
Might have been nice to know before he turned my piece into scrap metal.
