PR coded T400s for '71 were installed behind the YC coded 455 D port engine in '71 A-bodys, '71 Formula's & '71 GrandPrixs when each car was built with 3.31 or 3.42 gearing (factory non a/c applications). Believe Loffen has the original in his '71 455 LeMans Sport convert.

The PW coded T400 was used in same bodys when built with the YC 455 Dport engine & 3.07 (A & GP) or 3.08 gears ('71 Formula 455), have had quite a few PW's.

rarity wise, as a core, we can determine how many '71 455 Dport Formulas & '71 455 Dport A-bodys were produced but don't have a factory breakdown of how many were built with a/c. As so many '71 GP's optioned with the YC engine had factory A/C, GM Hydramatic would have had to have built many more PW's than PR's.
