No they have not so would not say they can do the same thing.

1. Robin ran an 813 with lessor heads than he now has so yes he can in my opinion.
2. No cv1 cars have ran in jeffs conditions, cold winter weather, so who knows. Jeffs normal times are in the high 8's, cv1 cars have done that
