How far from Charlotte are these cars? Hard to tell value without looking at them in person or from pictures. The YU code is used on 69-71 350's but is also the block code for 74-75 455's also. The engine size should be embossee on the lower engine block just above the oil pan on the drivers side and that would tell you what engine it is. A numbers matching car is worth more as long as the block hasn't been restamped (a common practice these days) and sometimes rust issue can be remedied without being much of an issue.
