OK guys, a little update. I have been out in the shop till midnight every single night for the past 2 weeks trying to get this thing done. After many....manymanymanymanymany hours of work on the endura bumper, I think I have it good to go. I'd almost even believe it's nearly ready to go without the primer. Speaking of which, it would have been in epoxy primer this weekend, but sadly I somehow got the incorrect activator with my epoxy primer...it will not harden (thankfully I test sprayed), and I can't find the correct activator. So I will be placing an order with SPI and have them ship me some of their gray epoxy primer.

On another note, the valance has spent many hours on the block today. Fitting the radius' to the fenders and making the valance trim fit....or should I say making the valance fit the trim...wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be.

For this next week, plans will be getting the valance blocked out after the 2K filler primer, then topcoat it, the same thing with the bumper, then I can address a few minor things...gotta make a small fender adjustment (pass side), possibly make one door/fender gap adjustment (cut and weld involved), re-fit the trunk lid and make absolutely sure it fits nice, drill the holes for all the vinyl top trim....then I can jamb it out and get ready for paint....paint is scheduled for Feb 10th by the way (not real sure that will happen tho........
