I actually was also curious about this. I did a search and found one post where he made a guarantee. But it did not include any money back out of his pocket. Just that if you ordered a new set now you would get it in 4 weeks. I could have missed a post but that's what I found. And don't confuse this with standing up for this issue. Just trying to answer a members question.
