"I have to remove the brake pedal and cut it down to a normal stick pedal size. This will allow me to move the clutch pedal assembly over closer to the brake. I'll also have to reinforce the floor where the pedal mounts because it is pretty flimsy right there."
You already have a small pedal. Just unbolt the large pad and there it is!
