Almost as if its a in your face response to the jellybean cars. Something for young kids who wanted something out of the ordinary. But then in true copy cat fashion there are several of these out there now. I think the Honda Element was the first tho.

I saw one of these yesterday and thought at the time it looked like the designer was on an LSD trip.
