Dad has an 09 or 08. 5.7 I Force double cab. Drives funny to me, steering way overboosted, brakes spongy, gas very touchy on tip in, hard to feather if needed to pull something. Just didn't feel solid or handle well, I felt much more stable in the 01 GMC or 11 Chev. He had a lot of stupid little problems with it, some the fault of the build and others that just happened. (We're going to trade it because of some mouse-chewed wiring on the front to rear harness. I spliced 22 wires to save the approx $950 list price for that harness new, and sooner or later that will fail, certainly not the fault of the build.)
I wasn't impressed enough with the truck to warrant a change to it. He won't go for another.
