I still do record and watch all the races. DVR's make it so easy - just in case I can't watch it live.
In days gone by, I used to watch all the shows too. But that was before the internet exploded and watching those shows was the only way to stay informed. Now the shows are merely fluff pieces of info that I already learned about days ago.
I still prefer to be at the race live (assuming good seats). Why? Because then I can watch who and what I want. I don't have certain drivers jammed down my throat (Wanica...
)...
I like the smell, the sound and the feel of live racing. On our bucket list is the 1 year lease of a motor home and making every race that year.
