Finally found another Pontiac Plant 69 Build Sheet with Rally2 , to verify .
68 69 70
Those 3 years - Pontiac Plant - the Black Center Caps were coded 96 .
The Red Centers mid year-forward , on 70 , were coded 01 .
All the Pontiac Plant 68,69,70 Build Sheets i have - all have Numeric codes for wheel disc whether its a hubcap car or Rally2 car . Don't think you will find one with Alpha code in wheel disc box.
