In all fairness, do you know he's really a dealer? He could have erroneously checked the wrong box when setting up the ad. Whom ever typed this doesn't seem to have the intelligence to work for a dealer, IMO.
And as far as the price goes, he
did put
OBO in there, which should be an indicator that he is just high balling to get a quick 2 Grand or something more reasonable.
One more thing: Lots of southern states do not require a title for cars this old. I don't know if SC is one of them, but Georgia sure is. Lost Title is practically a non-issue here.

or else throw it away and drop in a 350-400 Pontiac.
