Thanks! They do have a sub-flange. Just a thin film of ANY color RTV, never had a leak with these headers! These are a set of Hedmans that originally came off of Bruce Maicle's blue 79 Firebird, I then modded them to fit my 79 "Malibu" G-body wagon. Kinda hurt when I cut them up but they went to a great cause... D. Miles
