The Scarebird kit gives you the brackets to adapt the calipers to the Tempest suspension,and all of the part numbers that you need. One thing, you may need to have the machine shop square off the front of the hub along with turning it down to fit inside the disk brake rotor.
Also my tires ended up 1/4 inch farther outboard. The distance of the rotor at the hub.
