With Gabriels you shouldn't use any more than 20 psi of air in them. IIRC, that's in the instructions. And it's best to use the single fill fitting so they'll level themselves. I don't understand why you'd want to try and get 200 psi or even 55 psi in them, I think that would blow they apart and cause some serious injuries. I did see that they say "Air pressure of 25 min – 200 max psi", but 200 psi is just plain crazy and asking for trouble.
