Grab one or both of the ones he likes the best. That'll get him more involved with the hobby and they'd be something special for him to wear.
Or take him to a Harley shop... there's one off of 95 up above Philly, and buy him a belt or Harley t-shirt. He'd be proud of that too. I can't rmember the name of the place but I've been there and bought a beautiful Harley belt a few years ago. I don't have my 76 Super Glide any more but I wear that belt as a reminder of the good ol days.

I like the shirt/hat idea, I will do that. And he already has a Harley belt (along with several other harley articles of clothing)
