IIRC, the electric cooling fan doesn't even switch on until 225F (or when the A/C is turned on). On the dual-fan systems, I think the secondary fan comes on at about 245F.

In a 16psi system, a 50/50 antifreeze/H2O mixture has a boiling point of approximately 265F.

I wouldn't worry about it unless I saw temps creeping over 240F during normal driving with ambient temps in the 80s.
