Bruce, I am sorry but you do not have a clue what it takes to get a Belt Drive made for a Pontiac Engine, normal deck or tall deck.
The one who knows is Mark H at Luhn Performance and he could really tell the board how things work vs your theories which, from what I have read, has several serious errors in the basic engineering process. Things like proprietary belt and tooth designs, etc.
