ps Better to always ask the question when you see something that doesn't look right.
The cam has been changed, the rocker bar clearance does look tight on a #1 and #3 which are the only 2 which have been installed with the new cam. The block has some marks indicating clearance issues which I don’t believe happened while the new cam was being degreed using test springs.
