The personalities, make each person, individual, recognizable, respected or shown no respect. Jim picked his salesmen for this race section, either by choice or default.
A few more salesmen like you and a few less like "daftgto" would take take Jim a long way farther with his program, in my thinking.
Robin is also an example of a successful program. Means little if your fighter never shows up at the fight. Or makes a poor showing.
These are all opinions from a guy sitting in the seats. But I have seen a lot of fights and can judge things pretty well for being senile.
