You need to appoint your Boyz the task of running the BBQ, so YOU! can mingle and enjoy the BBQ for once. I know you feel obligated to be chief cook and bottle washer, but you need to take a break sometimes. I've seen you at these BBQ's, and you never leave the grill, until the food is gone. Crack that whip, and let someone else man the trenches for at least a little while so you can mingle and eat.
