Not wanting to cast any doubts on this but are you SURE its a "66 Grand Prix"?

The Canadians had in 1966 a Grand Parisienne. LOOKS like a Grand Prix but its all Chev underneath.

Second issue that would worry me is the rust factor? I occasionally look at the Canadian Pontiac website and the continual underlying thread in many discussions is corrosion. Parts up there must be difficult to obtain as I sold a radiator support panel to a guy in Canada some years ago after he had given up trying to find a good one. (Australian built cars used Canadian sourced panels. They are not the same as US panels).
