That's an acquired taste. I actually like the 4x4 Pontiac look. A few years back I saw a 67Tempest or Lemans like that. Unfortunately it was too far away for me to buy it.

That brings up a question with builds like that. Some say the title follows the vin of the chassis; Others say the title follows the vin on the body. So would that be legally titled a Pontiac or whatever the chassis was? This comes up in constant argument over when a GTO restoration using a good Lemans body actually becomes a Lemans cloned as a GTO. Some would say it is a GTO because the chassis is the GTO. Others would say, "No, it's a Lemans because the body had a Lemans vin originally". So, with that said, is this still legally a Pontiac Safari?
