After all the work I have done to restore the car I just can paint it black overspray like the factory did. I guess I will just have an over restored car.

Old post but the blackout process was done before the body drop. Cheap asphalt based paint that was drizzled on the A arms and rear end.
Very nice job on the restoration, although the chassis decal stickers are a little overboard for my taste.
