BTW, My first '68 still had those same hubcaps and whitewall tires when I bought it in '82.
I never thought about the decal placement on my '68 since I bought it already restored. It looks like mine is placed almost exactly as in the vintage photo. Thanks Mike for the photo (I now know where to tape my window sticker at shows!) and Greg for pointing out the decal placement.
