im not sure what number you think the car should be at, but I see 79's all over selling for 15k and more depending on what exactly it is. in my personal opinion, 403 cars are never going to be a lot except for a 10th anniversary car. if it were mine and you want a lot of return, I would make it a black se with a 400 4 spd. you'll get way more as a clone than as a 403 original.
