I get all of this and I have kids that I believe will want my cars. What I am getting at is what are you (we) in the hobby for? Why do you restore or upkeep your rides, just for future value. Not me, I enjoy working on and especially driving my cars.
I could buy a finished car much cheeper then restoring one but I choose to do the work myself. I really enjoy it and the reward is so great when driving or showing off something I did.
The majority here love Pontiacs, we don't care about the model T the same way some much older folks do. The same will hold true for what the younger generation liking something newer better that or old Goats etc. Are we any less off because we like Goats and birds more that a modal T? No and neither will the rice grinders for loving there rides and not ours.
Its going to happen, already has and this forum watering itself down with corporate nonsence will not make a difference except to upset the
old guys.
