Jim generally most brands I've seen a 6.8 rod is heavier than a 6.625(mine are Crower Sportsman). So we get a few grams lighter piston from a shorter CH but a slightly heavier rod and was wondering if the bob weight changes that much?

I raced a 400 for a number of years and they can be fun-and even run with some of the 455 boys! Don't hit the tires quite as hard and can rev!
