I heard it really did happen and it cost the customer extra... for someone else to fix... dont know that this "impecably qualified" person made good on the situation.
I wouldnt be as quiet about it if
I LOST 60 hp after an expensive upgrade... even if the guy is "impeccably qualified"! I guess not having a helper he's soley at fault.
