Why is it whenever there is a good head, motor, part or whatever these threads get pissed on with people trying to validate its worth by how much it cost.

A good part is........ a good idea, good engineering, and then the ability to produce it. Money has nothing to do with it.
Money is only a detail , and a tool that brings those things together.
