He could have done himself a huge favor by pulling the thing outside in the sunlight for photos...after a wash of course.
I agree on the paint. Does not appear to be even a mid level job from looking at the photos.
Could be one of those deals where the wife says, "Why don't you sell that old car? You never drive it anyway." So the guy says, "It's for sale. Satisfied?"
