In this case, the body was finished 11D (22nd-28th) and Thanksgiving being the 22nd mostly leaves the 26th-28th for the body. It shipped on the 12th of Dec., meaning it sat for 2 weeks before shipping. With the trans. date being so far off, I would conclude that it was the reason. I would bet that with an original engine, all dates would have matched early Nov. dates, except for maybe the distributor.
