Funny you talk about that. Where I live there was an old run down single wide trailer on a small piece of property in front of a large wooded area. A wealthy individual bought the large wooded property, cleared it out and built a very large home, horse barn, tennis courts, pools, and a huge garage on the property. This property overlooked the run down single wide. Within 2 years, the single wide was hauled off and a very nice brick house was built on the property. The same cars that were in front of the single wide are still there but now parked on the driveway in front of the nice brick home. I have to think that the very wealthy individual got so tired of looking at the single wide, I have to believe he asked the guy if he could build him a nice brick home.
