One thing that should be kept in mind is that Corvette brakes were engineered for 3400# cars with ABS and some of the best production suspension available, putting Vette brakes on 4000# dinosaur car is not going to make it a Vette

Im going to run TRSD signature brakes. Basically 2002 Mustang Cobra PBR calipers and C4 28mm d/s rotors. From the OEM, those Cobra/Vette brakes were designed to reliably bring a 3400 lb-3800lb car down from 150-175mph. 99% of the cars on here or anywhere for that matter will never see that or anywhere close. From everything ive gathered they are lightyears better than drums or the old D52's and should pull my 4000 lb GTO down much faster at any speed and darn near throw me through the windsheild on an autocross hard brake.... if the tires hold.....most guys forget that. Tires are usually the final say in braking systems.
