They are both nice looking. Personally I would inspect both cars or find someone you trust to look at them if you can't. Both seem to have things wrong, like the shifter in the 69,PWR window switches and passenger side mirror on the 68. Both have little cosmetic issues which just let's you be able to have fun working on it. It really depends what you are buying the car for. If it is an investment I would tend to go for the 68 and see if you can't get it for the mid to high 20's. If it is just a driver I would go with the 69. I like the colors of the 68, I think they make the car stand out. See if there is one of the members that lives close to the cars and see if they would look at it for you.
