You lose, and so do the teams competing against the 48 car. As well as the fans and sponsors.
The FACT is he cheats, been caught many times and never owned up. He didn't have an epiphany and swear off cheating and when asked about his reputation as a cheater, he has no conscience about it, nor being a liar.
