Hey Glenn, I see you've got a resistor on your kick-down switch. I have one too on mine. Other kick-down switches I've seen don't have them. I've noticed that the ones without the resistor open the shaker immediately when engaged, while those with the resistor have something like a warm-up period. Have you or any of the other guys noticed that? Is there a specific reason they were designed this way? I'm thinking the non-resistor type may have been phased in later after the shakers went the way of the dodo.
