Here are a couple of the cad pic's of my intake design were we are currently. We decided to try and cover a large audience with this design as you will see in the pic's.I designed it so it will accept several different top plates. This way we can use anything from a single four all the way up to a blower without having to buy another intake. I put allot of meat around the ports for porting too. Remember I am trying to keep it low to fit under the hood of most cars. We got our initial height measurements from a 1967 Firebird with a factory cast iron intake and a stock 400 hood. I believe that is the tightest under hood configuration we have in the Pontiac body line up. I am also going to add some internal features around the port openings as well, but they are not yet in place in these pic's. You will see on one of the end runners that I am adding bosses for fuel injection or nitrous as well.
