An FYI for anyone else using the repro bezels: Be gentle when installing them. They don't have the same curvature as the lenses and the center bars tend to be too wide due to casting flash, for the inset area in the lens. If you tighten then down too quickly they will crack your original lenses. Best thing would be to heat up the lenses under some hot lights and then install the bezels. Slowly tighten the nuts in a criss-cross fashion, one turn at a time, so they have time to conform to the bezel.

Steve's advice is sound. The housing attaches to the bezel (sandwiching the lens in between) with three small hex headed screws and that is the initial point at which the bezels start getting pulled into the correct curvature to match the lenses and the housings. I only partially tightened these three screws. When you insert the taillight assembly into the tail panel there are 6 studs that go through the tail panel into the trunk and fasten with nuts that have rotating attached washers. As you tighten these down the bezel is pulled more fully into the correct curvature. I am still slowly torquing these down and also tightening the three screws that hold the housing to the bezel. I didn't need to use heat, and the bezels were clean of casting flash and fit the lenses well. The original bezels that I removed were also flat, so the lack of curvature is not unique to the repops.
