Couple of points to make...
1. When we dyno'd Jeff's motor at Philadelphia Racing Engines is was raining and the owner (can't remember his name) said that his dyno was stingy. So the conditions were not even close to optimum.
2. Jack is correct. Even after the motor was dyno'd we continued to refine the set-up just about every pass to get everything out of that motor/chassis we could! That car was a continuing work in progress. We always strived for more!
3. When he went 8.42 the DA that day was not even close to mine shaft air. If my memory serves me correctly (Jeff correct me if I'm wrong), I believe the air was 600-800 feet and the barometer SUCKED. Jeff's car is so efficient...but there is always room for improvement.
