No. I'm going to BES. The dyno session last year was called due to issues. basically we could not get the fuel curve where it needed to be. Where I dynoed last year they are an efi shop so i had to bring my pump and regulator. turned out it was my regulator that was not up to par. when i switched the regulator in the car it picked up 2 tenths. Anyway the we stopped at 971 @7600 peak.
through a reliable source im told tony's dyno and scorpion racings dyno are VERY close. when i dynoed at scorpion last year it made 968 on the first hit with some room in the tune up but not 1000hp worth of room. We felt that it would stop at 988-995. and the car slide rules at 1000hp in 2000ft air. using other calculators it shows 1038 which is pure nonsense. I'm pretty comfortable saying it was VERY close to 1000 if not 1k.
That all said there are many that claim the BES dyno 40 tight. who knows. I'm going there for the expertise on the bes staff and not the highest number printed on paper possible. If I were I would seek out a known loose dyno.
