Jimmy, matter of fact, I was working on that tonight. Here's the way I see it and I don't know if it's the correct order but this is where I'm at. I'd wait until all the glass is installed. That will leave more room for the installer without trying to work around your newly polished trim. The trim can be installed last. I installed the front rear quarter glass run first. Easy. A short piece of channel that clips into the body. Next, I installed the rear glass run channel assy. that runs in the body channel above and down the rear of the glass. I had this reproed by Restoration Specialties out of Pa. I had to tweak it a bit because the pins did not line up just right but a bit of grinding made it fit. It appears that when you get to installing the trim, you will need 3 clips on the angled piece and two clips on the straight piece on the front of the rear quarter window. It looks as if the clips should be installed in the trim first. They will have to be spaced to line up with the spaces in the pinch weld you will find around the quarter window. Three on the angled piece and two on the vertical straight. As far as the door, if you lay it out, you can see which piece overlaps the rest of the pieces.
